In my practice, along with 25 other orthopedic providers, OBERD has been in use since 2010. We have enrolled tens of thousands of patients into the database. We use modules for collecting health history, educating patients about health conditions and upcoming procedures as well as collecting outcomes data as an ongoing department wide IRB for prospectively gathered outcomes data.
